Attendee Registration
The South Central Association of Blood Banks invites you to attend the 2026 SCABB Annual Meeting & AIMS conference. We will meet at the Hilton BNA Nashville Airport Terminal from April 7-9, 2026.
Pre-registration for On-Site attendance has closed, but on-site registration will be available at the registration desk. See below for registration desk hours.
Online registration for Virtual Components ONLY will continue to be available through April 9, 2026.
On-Site Registration
On-site registrations must be paid in-full on-site. Cash, checks, and credit crds will be the accepted methods of payment for on-site registrations. The registration desk will be open on-site during the times listed below.
Tuesday, April 7: 12:00pm - 5:00 pm
Wednesday, April 8: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
Thursday, April 9: 7:00 am - 2:00 pm
Guests
If you would like to bring a guest to either the Awards Luncheon or Engage Party, you can register them on your personal registration form. Guest tickets are $50 per head per event. Please be sure to include their name on the registration form so we can have a name badge prepared for them.
Cancellation
To receive a refund for a paid registration, or to be relieved from liability for payment of an unpaid registration, you must submit a cancellation request by email or regular mail (postmarked) by March 20, 2026. Cancellation is NOT considered complete until you have received written confirmation from the SCABB Central Office. No refunds will be issued, or cancellations approved, for requests postmarked or emailed after March 20, 2026, regardless of the reason giving for requesting the refund or cancellation. Registration transfers and/or substitutions are allowed and should be emailed to the SCABB Central Office.
IMPORTANT - Any registrant that cannot or does not attend the conference and does not properly cancel their registration or transfer it to another person will be billed and is required to pay the conference registration cost. There are no exceptions.
