The South Central Association of Blood Banks invites you to attend the 2026 SCABB Annual Meeting & AIMS conference. We will meet at the Hilton BNA Nashville Airport Terminal from April 7-9, 2026.

Early Bird Registration will be open until Monday, December 15, 2025 for $50 off per full meeting, single day, and student registration. After December 15, all registration fees will be as listed below.

How to Register

Conference pre-registration is accepted online only. Paper forms will be availalbe for on-site registration only. Follow the links below to register online.

By pre-registering online, you will have two payment options: credit card or "Invoice Me." Please select "invoice me" if you are paying by mailed check sent to the SCABB Central Office. If you select this option, please be sure that the appropriate billing address is indicated. 

Registration Fees & Deadlines

Prior to the Early Bird Registration cutoff date on December 15, 2025, all full meeting, single day, and student registrations will have a $50 discount from the prices listed above. After December 15, all registrations will incur the full cost. There is no "Exhibit Hall Only" registration option. All registrants must be individually registered, and conference pre-registration is accepted online only. Registrations cannot be shared (excluding Institutional Flex Passes). Attendees may register online until March 6, 2026, after which registrations will only be accepted on-site during conference hours. Cash, checks, and credit cards will be the accepted methods of payment on-site.

On-Site Registration

On-site registrations must be paid in-full on-site. Cash, checks, and credit crds will be the accepted methods of payment for on-site registrations. The registration desk will be open on-site during the times listed below.

Tuesday, April 7: 12:00pm - 5:00 pm

Wednesday, April 8: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

Thursday, April 9: 7:00 am - 2:00 pm

Cancellation

To receive a refund for a paid registration, or to be relieved from liability for payment of an unpaid registration, you must submit a cancellation request by email or regular mail (postmarked) by March 7, 2026. Cancellation is NOT considered complete until you have received written confirmation from the SCABB Central Office. No refunds will be issued, or cancellations approved, for requests postmarked or emailed after March 7, 2026, regardless of the reason giving for requesting the refund or cancellation. Registration transfers and/or substitutions are allowed and should be emailed to the SCABB Central Office.

IMPORTANT - Any registrant that cannot or does not attend the conference and does not properly cancel their registration or transfer it to another person will be billed and is required to pay the conference registration cost. There are no exceptions.
